My one on one coaching programs are customized and tailored to each of my clients’ needs and concerns. All my clients can expect the kind of attention, positivity and support you’d get from a best friend with the dedication of a mentor and guide. Whichever program you believe fits your needs best will change your life in many amazing ways. Together, we will take on concerns specific to you and your body and I will guide you through the tools needed to regain balance and freedom. If you’ve been struggling with your body image or weight for too long, and you’re ready for a permanent change, then my programs are perfect for you!

6 Month “Love Your Journey” Program:

Why 6 months? I recommend the 6 month Transformation Program for anyone who wants to make a long term lifestyle change. I believe that over such a span of time, you and I will create a much stronger and deeper connection which will allow for better lasting results.

What You Get:
12 one hour sessions (2 sessions a month)
Once a week email check in between sessions
Email access 24/7 in case you have an immediate concern
Personalized plan to fit your individual needs and health goals
Templates and Resources to track your progress
Variety of handouts fit for you: recipes and articles to boost creativity and motivation
Appropriate Surprise Gifts & Tools to help you along the way

3 Month “Love Your Body” Program:

The 3 month Fast Track Program is great for an individual who just needs a kick start to their health and wellness journey or has already started one and just needs a little educational guidance and support. The three months will allow us to create new healthy habits and set you off on a new healthy journey in life.

What You Get:
7 one hour sessions (about every other week)
Personalized plan to fit your individual needs and health goals
Templates and Resources to track your progress
Various handouts fit for you: recipes and articles to boost creativity and motivation

Hourly Sessions:  These are great for the individual that wants to learn and educate themselves more on health & wellness tips and recommendations.
These sporadic and quick sessions can give you the tools and boost you need to optimize your healthy habits.
This option is also great for graduates of the 3 and 6 month programs that want to check back in and have some extra accountability to stay on track.

Healthy Pantry Makeover: You and I will head into your kitchen cupboards and refrigerator to take a look at what you regularly buy. I will make suggestions and give you healthy swap ideas to transform your living environment to a healthier state.

Grocery Store Tour & Shop: You and I will take a trip to your local grocery store of choice where we will go around the perimeter and up and down each aisle planning easy healthy meals for you (and your family). I will give you advice and great tips on brands and certain products to choose as well as “watch outs” on product labels. You will leave feeling like you can not only create healthy meals but shop for healthy ingredients too.
