This week I have some exciting news to share with everyone. After six months studying at IIN (Institute of Integrative Nutrition), I am officially certified as a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach and can begin to take on clients. I have studied over a hundred dietary theories as well as how all aspects of one’s life affect how we look at and think about food.
So, what is a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach and what can I do to help you?
I take a holistic approach to health coaching; meaning I look at all aspects of your life to help you regain control over food and weight issues. I realize that not one way of eating works for everyone and I am excited to find the best approach for each of my clients in order for them to feel their best. I am here to be a guide and supportive mentor who empowers you to take responsibility for your health and achievement of your personal wellness goals. Some common areas where I may help you could include weight management, food cravings, sleep, energy, stress management, digestion, an basic nutrition skills & habits just to name a few…
Your first free consultation will consist of an hour long session to get to know one another and understand your goals and desires. If you believe we are a great fit we can pick a program and plan to start your health journey to happiness and balance.
